Traditional Mesoamerican ingredients like the sapote tree seeds and popcorn flower (known to the Aztecs as izquixochitl) imparted flavors similar to bitter almonds and roses respectively. Our Rose Almond Chocolate Elixir flourishes on the palette with a smoky roasted nut flavor and is accented by floral overtones surprised by a big bite of chili.
