Kakawa's famous caramels are made in small batches using Agave Nectar & coconut sugar instead of corn syrup or cane sugar, so never hard or overly sticky. Kakawa crafts several unique flavors. New Mexico Piñon (pine nut), Maldon Sea Salt, New Mexico Green Chili, New Mexico Red Chile, Rose, and New Mexico Lavender. Newly added are our large Bourbon Pecan caramel bars!
